Within Australia, our group is recognised as one of the largest and most respected organisations practicing this traditional art. The Karate Union of Australia is made up of members in most states of Australia who share the same philosophy towards training in their art Shotokan Karate.

Our State, National and International affiliations allow us many avenues to pursue within the world of martial arts. One privilege we have is our regular bi-annual exchange program with Japan where knowledge and friendship is freely given.
